On Free, your page shows “Powered by MyCalenda” and lives at name.mycalenda.com. If you reach 100 bookings in a month, new bookings pause until next month, or until you upgrade.

If you stop the add-on, you keep your booking page. Your website pages are hidden and kept for 90 days, in case you come back.
FAQ
Questions people ask
Do I pay per user?
No. Plans depend on how many staff members customers can book, not on how many logins you have. Receptionists and owners who only manage bookings are not counted.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is ten times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. For example, Team is £190 a year instead of 12 payments of £19.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial, but there is a Free plan that stays free. You can start there and move up when you need to.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We are not VAT-registered, so we do not charge VAT. If that changes we will tell you first.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds as a rule. You can cancel at any time from your account page by closing it. We email you a download of your data, your booking page stops taking bookings, your site goes offline about a week later, and your subscription ends at the end of the month you have paid for, with no refund for the rest. We can look at special cases by hand.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. If you take payments online, the money goes straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account. We never touch it and take no commission. Square is coming soon.
What does the website add-on include?
For £20 a month on any paid plan you get a ready-made website on your own domain, with your booking page built in. You can edit the words and photos yourself.
Do you send text messages or WhatsApp reminders?
No. Reminders go out by email with a calendar invite. We do not offer SMS or WhatsApp messages because every message costs money. You can add a "message us on WhatsApp" link to your booking page.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Your booking page and your settings work in any phone browser.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can download everything from your site at any time, and ask us to erase it if you leave.
